In the Industrial and Organizational Psychology specialization, you will gain knowledge in organizational behavior and an in-depth understanding of contemporary, international, and virtual organizations. You will also learn how to apply business concepts to organizational development, with a focus on strengthening and building behavioral health organizations of the future.
