In the Health Psychology specialization, you will explore the biological, psychological, behavioral, social, cultural, and environmental factors that contribute to health and illness and changing health behavior. You will choose an elective in either women’s health, child and adolescent health, or gerontology/geriatric health. You will also be prepared with entrepreneurship and advocacy skills to promote positive social change in behavioral healthcare settings.
