A PhD in Human Services focusing on Gerontology allows you to focus on the special needs of the aging population. The program includes studies of lifespan development, contemporary issues in aging, and changing health behaviors.

Students in this Gerontology degree online will examine the impact of societal expectations on the elderly and global cross-cultural issues in aging. This online Human Services degree program offers two tracks: Track I is designed for students with a master’s degree related to Human Services; Track II is a pathway for students with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an unrelated field.
