Program Details
The PsyD in Behavioral Health Leadership from Walden University combines leadership skills with knowledge of mental and behavioral healthcare to help you improve your organization’s delivery of services. The program is primarily designed for licensed and practicing behavioral health professionals who want to advance their careers into leadership roles.
Students will study leadership and management, financial management and procurement, instruction and training, entrepreneurship, and program evaluation. Interactive case studies allow online students to apply their skills and knowledge to real-life situations. Graduates of this online Human Services degree will be prepared to pursue a leadership position in settings including group homes, healthcare agencies, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and social service agencies.
