Learn how to apply Psychology principles to employee-employer relationships with a bachelor’s in Psychology online focusing on Workplace Psychology. This degree concentration examines industrial organizational Psychology for use in human resources management.

Students will learn how to effectively and positively address workplace challenges including performance analysis, leadership principles, ethical issues, and legal matters. This Organizational Psychology degree online includes a combination of general education, core courses, concentration classes, Psychology electives, and general electives.
