Program Details

The University of West Alabama offers an online Master of Education in Instructional Leadership. This fully online degree is for students in the process of developing their leadership skills in instructional design and technology. This program centers on fostering quality environments for education and learning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of full-time, satisfactory professional education experience in a P-12 setting, which must include at least one full year of full-time P-12 teaching experience
  • Valid Class B Professional Educator Certificate in a teaching field or valid Class A Professional Educator Certificate in a teaching field or instructional support area
  • Verification of background clearance/fingerprints
  • Transcript documenting completion of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum 2.75 GPA
