The online Ed.D in Rural Education is an innovative program designed to address rural students’ and school districts’ unique needs. This degree offers relevant courses that tackle critical issues in rural education, equipping students with strategies and solutions for positive development. The Counseling track prepares educators to advocate effectively for diverse student populations and their families.

Developed in collaboration with partnership schools and experienced superintendents, the curriculum features advanced coursework delivered in a flexible online format. The program emphasizes data-driven instructional decisions and encourages students to identify real solutions to challenges in rural education, culminating in a dissertation focused on rural education needs.
