The graduate Leadership in Human Resources Management Certificate provides the knowledge and skills needed for top management positions. If you are an early-to-mid-career HR professional seeking advancement within your organization, this certificate will provide essential training in transformational leadership, organizational performance management, and staffing and career management. 

This certificate offers an integrative approach to human capital and provides an introductory course for non-HR professionals seeking to change careers. The four required courses in this program are focused on staffing and career management, strategic compensation, organizational performance management, and organizational change and development. Each course has been approved for 45 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) by SHRM. Students must also choose one elective course from three of the following offerings: Talent Management, Transformational Leadership in Human Resources Management, or Diversity, Equity, Inclusion–Redefining The Workplace. 

The program can be completed in as little as one year and courses are delivered in a flexible online format so students can complete coursework around their personal and professional obligations.
