Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BS Nursing Major)
University of Utah

Program Details

The online RN to BS track offers experienced nurses a pathway to earning their Bachelor of Science in Nursing along with an optional specialty in Geriatric Nurse Leadership. Flexibility is key to this program, with completion plans from two to four semesters and three start dates per year. Students also have the option to customize their curriculum to prepare for a graduate nursing program.

Coursework integrates nursing research, evidence-based practice, and community-engaged learning. Students gain real-world practical experience through clinical hours partnering with nurse leaders and completing a quality improvement project, both of which can be completed at their place of employment.
