University of the Cumberlands offers the online Master of Science in Health and Human Performance. This degree is ideal for those students who are interested in helping others achieve greater levels of overall health and fitness performance through a focus on lifestyle and fitness.
This degree has two concentrations:
- Health and Fitness Promotion: develops candidates in an understanding of chronic disease prevention along with intervention skills to execute health promotion programs for diverse populations.
- Coaching and Fitness Leadership: designed to help candidates achieve effective and ethical leadership styles in guiding individual and team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50

- Two letters of reference
- GRE or MAT scores (possible exemptions)
