Program Details

Combine technology with healthcare with online health informatics degree programs.  Students gain the health data analytics skills that ensure health information technology success in the workplace.  Courses likely include:

  • Quality Management in Health Services
  • Healthcare Vocabularies and Clinical Terminologies 
  • Statistics and Decision Making
  • Knowledge Management

Graduates are able to pursue careers in the health informatics and information management fields.  

Students are eligible to take the Health Data Analyst credential and the CAHIMS offered by the Health Information Management Systems Society.  They are also able to enter the post-graduate program.
