Program Details

The Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical Engineering in conjunction with the Daniel J. Epstein Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering offers a program leading to the degree of Master of Science in Electrical Engineering/Master of Science in Engineering Management. This program is designed for graduate electrical engineers whose career objectives lead to increasing technical management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • All applicants must meet the admissions requirements of both the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering
  • An undergraduate degree in engineering, math or hard science from a regionally-accredited university
  • Coursework in computing, probability and statistics, and engineering economy is recommended, but not required
  • Satisfactory cumulative undergraduate GPA (grade point average)
  • Satisfactory GRE test scores
  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  • Resume/CV
