Program Details

Prepare for a role as a senior leader with the Master of Science in Food Industry Leadership, an online hospitality management degree.  The curriculum is built around improving critical thinking and communication skills and techniques, allowing students to implement new technologies, strategic planning, and managing change.  Courses cover topics that include:

  • Organizational behavior
  • Financial analysis and valuation
  • Digital marketing
  • Negotiation
  • Innovation

Unconscious bias, diversity, and inclusion are also a focus.  

Coursework, taught by full-time faculty, discuss current companies and issues in the food industry and consist of online lectures, discussions, group projects, and other activities across a variety of fields.  Students will complete two residential intensive weeks as well during a 16-month period.
