Program Details

The online MBA offers a concentration in Healthcare Analytics for students who want to advance in this area of business.  This program includes business intelligence and data analytics courses along with MBA courses.  Students learn to assess informatics needs within healthcare organizations from clinical, operational, and financial perspectives and to support decision-making through analysis.  You will also learn to use cutting edge data analytics and visualization tools. 

Students will choose at least five electives from choices given to complete the concentration, including:

  • Project Management
  • Operation & Supply Chain Proc.
  • Data Visualization
  • Fundamentals of Data Management and Analysis
  • Advanced Negotiation

In addition, students will complete core MBA courses in topics including finance, business law, strategic management, and ethical leadership.

  • This program requires a 2.5-day on-campus residency.
  • The GMAT/GRE requirement may be waived for candidates that meet certain conditions.
  • Students entering without a bachelor's in business will need to complete 16 credit hours of Business Foundation courses.
