Program Details

The Gerontology Graduate Certificate provides advanced training for those who have completed a related undergraduate program. Students in this online gerontology program will learn about the various social, economic, psychological, and bio-physiological influences on the aging process.

The program is customizable, with students able to select courses from a pre-approved list. Participants will complete five courses to complete the certificate. Potential class choices cover topics such as geriatric assessment and care planning; aging and mental disorders; perspectives on death and dying; and physical change and aging.
