Program Details

The online MSN / Clinical Nurse Leader degree program from the University of South Carolina-Upstate provides students with the knowledge and skills required to oversee the care coordination of a distinct group of patients and actively provide direct patient care in complex situations. Graduates are prepared to evaluate patient outcomes, assess cohort risk, and possess the decision-making authority to change care plans when necessary​. To be considered official, transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to USC Upstate or delivered in a sealed envelope bearing a registrar's stamp.
