This is an asynchronous online curriculum and instruction degree, so you can study whenever and wherever it is convenient, working around your job.  

Graduates of this program receive the STEAM Education Certificate and the Critical Technology in Digital Media for Learning Certificate. If you choose, you can take literacy courses instead of the Critical Technology in Digital Media for Learning courses, but this option will not lead to a second certificate.
