Program Details

The online Master of Science in Dietetics is designed for students with undergraduate backgrounds in Nutrition and Dietetics and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist statuses who want to become expert Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.  The curriculum develops critical thinking and leadership skills along with the development of skills related to being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.  Emphasis is placed on nutrient metabolism, nutrition assessment, nutrition counseling methods, nutrition communication, public health nutrition, and research methods.
