The Undergraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Studies is an online counseling degree program from the University of North Texas.  This program provides specialized instruction for those interested in helping others in the areas of disability and employment.  The curriculum provides the core knowledge and skills needed for effective interaction with those with disabilities, including the elderly and those with developmental disabilities.  Graduates are prepared for entry-level careers in a variety of programs, including community rehabilitation programs, addiction treatment programs, disability accommodation offices in schools and universities, centers for independent living, psychiatric rehabilitation programs, and more.
