Program Details

The online Master of Public Health with a concentration in Environmental and Occupational Health is designed to meet the needs of individuals who work in public health and wish to broaden their training in environmental health, occupational health, toxicology, and related fields.  The curriculum provides basic knowledge in ecological, environmental, agricultural and occupational health and in toxicology; a broad understanding of relevant problems in various areas of health, such as occupational, safety, toxicology, and especially in agricultural health; and the ability to apply this information to important problems in these areas.


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Official transcripts are required from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended
  • GRE test scores (waived for applicants with a graduate or terminal degree)
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Personal statement
  • Resume or CV
  • English language proficiency (TOEFL test scores) if applicable
  • Added prerequisites specific to the concentration may be required
