Program Details

The University of Missouri-St Louis offers a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree online.  This is an interdisciplinary degree that provides an accelerated pathway for those with associate degrees or who have completed some college courses but have not finished their degree.  The curriculum provides adult students with the knowledge and skills needed to advance their careers and move into management positions.  Students choose an area of emphasis that matches their career goals, focusing on such areas as:
