Program Details

This online forestry degree is designed to give students the knowledge and skills needed to help landowners diversify their income, improve soil quality, and increase biodiversity. Coursework covers topics in:

  • Principles of Agroforestry
  • Agroforestry Economics & Policy
  • Watershed Restoration
  • Soil Fertility & Plant Nutrition
  • Natural Resource Policy & Administration

This interdisciplinary program does not require a thesis. Instead, you will complete a professional paper, electives, and advanced subjects in addition to core courses. An optional internship is available. Earn your degree in two to three years depending on the number of classes you choose to take each semester.
