The Master of Education in Applied Learning Sciences from the University of Miami is an online masters in curriculum and instruction degree.  Through this flexible program students gain expert knowledge about designing learning environments and curriculums that they can begin applying in the workplace immediately.  You will examine the theory behind cognitive and non-cognitive learning processes while studying ways to create, revise, and implement learning environments across a variety of contexts.  Students are able to customize the program to their personal interests and professional goals by choosing electives.  Graduates are prepared for careers in formal settings such as universities but are also prepared to move beyond traditional education for positions in professional learning design, training, and organizational development roles.
