Program Details

The University of Memphis offers a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate.  This online real estate degree consists primarily of courses in real estate, allowing students to gain a better understanding of the discipline.  The curriculum is designed to provide the basic concepts, principles, and analytical tools that are essential for business decisions in finance and that provide a broad background that is useful for careers within Real Estate.  Graduates are prepared for such industries as mortgage banking, real estate development, real estate investment, real estate valuation and assessment, and real estate sales and property management.

Students can use the courses in this program to obtain a Minor in Real Estate or toward the Professional Real Estate Program.
