As the demand rises for nurses to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor makes it easy for Registered Nurses to complete their degree with an online, competency-based RN to BSN program. The MyWay competency-based format allows students to learn at their own pace and choose when to take an assessment to demonstrate competency.
