Program Details

The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Management and Technology is an online information technology degree.  This program provides a foundation in the technologies of a variety of fields, including software applications, database systems, management information systems, and IT project management.  Courses help students learn to identify challenges in a business or organization’s information security and then evaluate possible solutions to improve security.  Courses also teach them about the management of information systems.  You will be able to use information technology knowledge to make common business functions more effective and efficient.  

Two majors are available, but students are not required to complete one.  Available majors are:
