Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity program prepares students to be professionals capable of leading technological changes in industry and emphasizes the protection of technological infrastructures.  Students will learn to apply knowledge of computing and information technologies and use software development and security analysis tools to produce effective designs and solutions for cybersecurity problems within a variety of computing platforms while using approved secure systems development processes.  You will also improve skills in problem-solving, research, communication, and negotiation, and learn to use the appropriate tools to prevent, detect, react, and recover from attacks.  Graduates are sensitive to ethical issues in cyber defense, show professional responsibility, and are able to integrate knowledge from other disciplines such as economics, psychology, and human factors with technical expertise to find practical solutions for organizations.
