Program Details

The Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership Studies is an online nonprofit leadership degree from the University of Lynchburg.  This program prepares nonprofit practitioners to use leadership and management tools in order to create high-performing nonprofit organizations.  In as little as one year of online study you will understand the theories of leadership and management.  The curriculum teaches students to design, implement, and evaluate policies and practices and to apply innovative practices.  Students will be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations.  Coursework also includes the study of innovative management models, strategies, and tools.
