This online special education degree is helpful for licensed teachers who are seeking specialized skills in working with students with disabilities. The program provides a foundation with theory, methods, and practical skills. Students develop the skills, competencies, and confidence to teach in this online special education degree, covering such topics as strategies for inclusion, behavior management, social skill instruction, and modifying instruction within the general curriculum.
