The online MBA with a concentration in Sales Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette combines solid business knowledge and the prestige of an MBA with the art of sales. The curriculum improves effectiveness in selling yourself, your ideas, and your company’s goods and services, along with your ability to grow and develop high performing sales teams. Courses teach students about the nature of negotiations, provides frameworks for building strategies for effective negotiations, and explores best practices for customer relationship management. Students will learn to manage customer relations which includes the rationale as to why organizations pursue long term commercial relationships as a marketing strategy, improve sales productivity, and explore the nature of conflict and conflict resolution.
