The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky prepares students for social work practice with individuals and families in a variety of settings. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of clinical skills and practices.
Coursework covers standards of care, ethical and legal principles, and diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Students will learn how to apply relevant scientific evidence and exercise clinical judgment to support their professional decision-making.
