Program Details

The online Master of Science in Criminal Justice program prepares students to be leaders in the criminal justice system in careers including the areas of computer forensics, community relations, intelligence and investigative services, market research, medical science, and more.  The curriculum develops leadership and critical thinking skills while increasing knowledge in criminology theory, program evaluation, and criminal justice administration.  You will take courses including:

  • Issues in Criminal Justice
  • Research Design and Methods
  • Quantitative Analysis in Criminal Justice
  • Advanced Criminology
  • Administration in Criminal Justice
  • Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • GPA of at least 3.0 for the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate or graduate study
  • Three letters of recommendation
