Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource (HR) Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake prepares students for advancements within this area of business.  Students will complete traditional MBA core topics as well as courses in the HR Management area.  In this area, which is growing increasingly important, students learn about HR processes, employee planning, staffing, legal issues in the field, and more.  They will be prepared for management positions and will be familiar with interpersonal skills.  

This is an accelerated program that offers courses in 8-week formats.  You will be able to complete your degree in as little as 14 months.
