This makes international construction project management a possible excellent field of work to pursue. This certificate program aims to equip students with an understanding of how the construction industry operates on a global basis. This course of study consists of a concentration of four courses, encompassing 12 semester hours, that are necessary for certificate completion. The courses span the topics of Commercial Management & Cost Control, Construction Value Management, Construction Human Resource Management, and Advanced Planning, Scheduling & Logistics. Through this program, students may be able to build a foundation in Construction Project Management, and expand job opportunities in this field.
