University of Baltimore offers an online Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree for students seeking experience dealing with challenges of a changing society. Students reflect on the role of public administration globally. The degree offers six specializations:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a regionally accredited college or university or an undergraduate degree and a B average in 12 credits of graduate study
