Program Details

The Bachelor of Science in Education in Human Resource & Workforce Development Education is an instructional design degree online.  This program meets the need for individuals who are able to develop talent and lead teams to help organizations meet their goals.  The curriculum aligns workforce development with human resources.  While this program prepares students for careers and to pursue a graduate degree, it does not lead students to traditional licensure for teachers.

Courses in this online human resources degree teach students to apply integrated training, organizational development, and career planning and counseling skills to the design, management, and evaluation of programs.  Graduates are ready to improve individual productivity, employability, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
