Program Details
The online bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology prepares students for careers working with older adults. Graduates will have an understanding of the issues related to the changing roles and responsibilities of individuals in their later years.
Students will also explore general Psychology issues such as ethical behavior, abnormal behavior, biology of the brain, and learning and cognition. The program focuses on understanding human behaviors, thoughts, and emotions through examining them in different situations and environments. Graduates may pursue advanced studies with Thomas University’s Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling master’s program.
