Students of this online special education degree learn effective teaching methods that apply to the growing field of working with special education students. 

Courses in this TEACH Grant-eligible online special education master’s degree program include:

  • Multiculturalism, Bilingualism, and the Exceptional Learner
  • Foundations of Assessment in Special Education
  • Legal Foundations of Special Education

An initial teaching certificate is not required for admission. Those who are certified teachers will receive additional special education certification credentials.
