The online Master of Science in Educational Administration program prepares educators to take on administrative roles in schools and is often accompanied by either the principal certification or the superintendent certification. The program prepares graduates for diverse roles, including athletic directors, facilitators, directors, consultants, and many central office positions. Coursework covers such topics as creative and systematic planning of school facilities, administering and managing special programs such as special education, finances, dealing with diversification, and ways to improve student learning and school atmospheres.
