Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Accounting prepares individuals to advance in accounting careers within businesses.  The curriculum consists of courses in Accounting and traditional MBA courses.  The Accounting concentration is related to making decisions.  Students use readings, cases, and problems dealing with managerial accounting issues, accounting concepts, budgeting, and cost control along with accounting information in planning and control to learn how to make decisions.  The core MBA courses cover topics in finance, management, and marketing tools and techniques.  You will learn about economical, ethical, and environmental issues along with analytic and leadership skills.  Graduates are prepared to act as professionals who are ready for challenges within Accounting.
