Program Details

Tarleton State University offers the Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a program designed to help students observe the study of how biology and the environment interact to influence human and animal behavior. This degree is designed to expand students' knowledge about the science of psychology through research, scholarship, and service opportunities. 

The field includes disciplines in the following:

  • quantitative psychology

Upon completion of this program, students will have developed a strong foundation in the knowledge of human behavior and skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Graduates also possess strong writing skills and the ability to think critically.


Degree requires completion of 120 credit hours.

Admission requires: 30 transferable credit hours. Minimum 2.0 GPA. Completion of TSI assessment (state of Texas assessment).
