Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Tabor College prepares students for leadership in business.  The curriculum is Christ-centered and designed to take students to the next level while focusing on Christian ethical standards, management strategies, professional excellence and competency.  Courses offer foundational business principles, critical understanding, and theoretical frameworks that are required to effectively and strategically lead and manage organizations.  Coursework incorporates traditional and emerging social and organizational theories, practices, policies and technologies.  You will learn about collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking and how they are transforming modern organizational systems.  Themes of leadership and ethics are woven throughout the program.
