    Official transcripts from the baccalaureate degree granting institution with a minimum 3.0 overall GPA. Under certain circumstances, they will consider waiving the GRE requirement. A written request justifying the waiver must accompany the application. Letter of intent. Two letters of recommendation. Essay detailing interest in the program.
