Program Details

Sam Houston State University offers the Master of Arts in Sociology, an online sociology degree designed to provide students with advanced and up-dated instruction.  You will study quantitative and qualitative techniques of sociological research, statistics, and theory.  Students develop advanced professional skills necessary to analyze social issues in applied settings.  These skills include research grant writing, program evaluation, impact assessment, and community-based research.
