Program Details

Saint Joseph's College of Maine offers an online dual degree program in the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership programs.  This program is designed for nurses who are, or who plan to be, in leadership positions such as managers, directors of nursing, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Operating Officers, or hospital administrators.  The curriculum uses a developmental approach to learning, developing insight and foresight, while also deepening the understanding of the quantitative and qualitative relationships within organizations.  You will gain the skills needed to increase credibility and capacity for strategic thinking, helping you to become a respected leader.  Courses also develop fundamental business skills, an understanding of interpersonal relationships, critical thinking skills, and more.
