The Clinical Nurse Leader specialization is designed to meet the needs of the working career nurse seeking the superior clinical, administrative, and educational skills to move into management and leadership roles. Get the skills and knowledge you need to fulfill this new and evolving role, designed to address challenges involving patient safety, quality of care, and costs. The program prepares students to sit for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing CNL Certificate Exam.
