Program Details

The dual Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration program from Our Lady of the Lake University is designed for students with a Bachelor's in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program interested in pursuing leadership, administrative, and management positions. It features 100% online, asynchronous coursework, and 500 hours of fieldwork.

As the only dual MSW/MBA program of its kind, focusing on Hispanic children and families, this program delivers the specialized skills you need to work with the fastest-growing population in the U.S. The curriculum combines advanced social work topics with essential business skill development in marketing, management, finance, and more. Each seven-week course is taught by engaged faculty who bring real-world expertise to the online classroom.

OLLU's dual MSW/MBA program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. Students earn degrees recognized nationally and globally for academic rigor and career preparation.
