Program Details

Join a longstanding tradition of excellence in social work education with an online PhD in Social Work through Our Lady of the Lake University.  Studies will emphasize advanced social work practice, transforming students into practitioner-scholars.  Full time studies will cover topics including but not limited to:

Additional Info

  • Applicants must have a MSW from a CSWE-accredited social work program and at least two years (three preferred) of post-MSW direct practice experience.
  • It is preferred that applicants have licensure at the advanced clinical practice level.
  • Students must attend a week-long residency each summer of study.
