Program Details

The online Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is ideal for individuals who want to upgrade their knowledge and skill-sets in a multi-disciplinary program and recognize that individual and organizational success is about making a contribution.  Taught by outstanding faculty who are practicing leaders in their fields, courses examine the behaviors that facilitate effective personal and organizational leadership and learning, as well as collaborative problem-solving strategies and practices, to prepare students for personal and professional advancement with the skills and training to manage change, inspire others to greatness, and drive the bottom line.
