The Master of Arts in Leadership Studies is an organizational leadership degree online from Northern Vermont University that offers an original stance to leadership study.  This program blends a humanistic, interdisciplinary core with classic and contemporary leadership theory in a degree that is designed for rising, mid-career, in-transition, or senior professionals in various fields.  Students will learn the strategies, knowledge, and inspiration needed to shape the future of leadership.  Coursework adds aesthetic sensibilities, design and system thinking, diversity studies, social ethics, complexity and future studies, and scholar-practitioner methods of inquiry to traditional approaches to leadership studies.  During your studies you will gain a better understanding of your potential by:
