The online Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering program is designed to provide students with expanded knowledge and education in the field and can also be used as a way to decide if the full master’s program is right for them. The curriculum focuses on teaching the application of systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to the development, operation, and maintenance of software systems. Students will learn about the methodologies, techniques, and tools to manage the entire software life cycle, including the development of requirements, specifications, testing, maintenance, and project management. All credits earned can be transferred into the Master of Software Engineering program.
